We have created MTCP to highlight all the different careers available, whether this is your first role, if you are looking for a new adventure, or if you are returning to work after a gap. We have partnered with Maritime UK, Business South, Solent Partners, and The Careers and Enterprise Company to help address the current skills gap in our area and attract the best talent to our industries. This is the first time the private sector has funded a programme of this nature so we are excited to share the wide variety of careers that are on offer in the Central South.
